           Stresses come from many different factors; moreover, stress is difficult to remove. Especially, traumatic stress can affects a person for entire life. Specifically, this stress caused by trauma is called Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. PTSD occurs in people who work in extremely tough environments; such as firefighter, solder and police. PTSD occurs in not only tough environment workers but also without horrible experience people too. According to Website, " An estimated 7.8 percent of Americans will experienced PTSD at some point in their lives, with women (10.4%) twice as likely as men (5%) to develop PTSD, About 3.6 percent of  U.S. adults aged 18 to 54 (5.2 million people) have PTSD during the course of a given year" ("What is PTSD"). 
           PTSD is not only problem with adults but also problem with children. This lists are show symptoms of period of young ("National Center of PTSD",  January 1, 2007).

  • Children under 6 may get upset if their parents are not close by, have trouble sleeping, or act out the trauma through play.
  • Children age 7 to 11 may also act out the trauma through play, drawings, or stories. Some have nightmares or become more irritable or aggressive. The may also want to avoid school or have trouble with schoolwork or friends.
  • Children age 12 to 18 have symptoms more similar to adults: depression, anxiety, withdrawal, or reckless behavior like substance abuse or running away.
